Shipping & Retuns Policy

 

SHIPPING:

Most of our orders are made to order takes hours of work to make , carefully hand packed and take 5-10 business days for processing depending on the product. Shipping times may vary according to your order type and quantity.  

Kindly allow us about 5-10 days of processing time. In case if anything is urgent, kindly Contact us at hello@chordsandknots.com . We use trusted courier Partner like Delhivery, Fedex, Xpressbees. Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking details through email .

DELIVERY TRACKING:

When you place an order, you will receive your order confirmation in an email and your order will be in processing stage.  Email will also have a link to View your order.

Once your product is created and ready to be shipped, you will receive tracking details, AWB number and tracking link of the courier partner which you can use to track the Delivery. If you have any issue, please connect Via chat option or email hello@chordsandknots.com with your order number.

RETURNS:

We want you to be happy with your order from us. However, since we are a small business, we are unable to offer refunds if you change your mind about an order. We will happily replace any defective or broken product. Please contact us within 48 hours via email at Hello@chordsandknots.com with supporting pictures/as a proof of damage/unboxing Video. After 48 hours return of the damaged product will not be liable. After the approval of images the product need to be sent by the customer itself within 7 days. WE WILL NOT COVER RETURN SHIPPING FROM THE CUSTOMER'S END. We will then send a fresh piece of same defective product within the time limit mentioned above.
